Deposits
- A $500 deposit is required to join our waiting list.
- An additional $1,000 deposit is required to reserve a specific puppy (total $1,500).
- All deposits are non-refundable, except in the rare instance that a puppy is found to have a serious health issue confirmed by a licensed veterinarian while still in our care.
- Full Refund Clause: If no puppies of your reserved color/gender are produced within 4 months of your deposit date, you may request a full refund.
- Puppy selections are final. Once a deposit is placed on a specific puppy, it cannot be transferred to another puppy.

Visits
- To protect the health and safety of our puppies and their mothers, in-person visits are not allowed.
- We are happy to offer FaceTime, video chats, or additional photos and video updates so you can see your puppy growing before pickup.
- This ensures that our French Bulldog puppies for sale remain safe, healthy, and stress-free.
Puppy Environment

- Our puppies receive early socialization, including exposure to gentle handling, sounds, and interactions with children and household pets.

Payments
- We do not accept personal checks for any payments.
- Accepted payment methods include: Cash, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, Chime, Apple Pay, and Bank Transfer.
- Final payment is due at or before pickup.
- Deposits and payments ensure your puppy is reserved and that we can continue providing premium care and veterinary oversight.
Pickup Policy
- Puppies must be picked up on the agreed-upon date.
- We cannot hold puppies past this date unless prior arrangements are made.
- A daily boarding fee may apply if a pickup delay occurs.

Updates & Communication
- Once a deposit is placed, we provide weekly updates, including photos, videos, and developmental updates on your puppy.
- We value open communication and are here for you before and after pickup, but responses may not always be instant as we prioritize hands-on care for our French Bulldog puppies.
Health Guarantee
- All puppies receive age-appropriate veterinary care before leaving our care.
- Each puppy comes with a written health guarantee as outlined in our contract.
- This guarantees that your puppy is healthy, vaccinated, dewormed, and ready for adoption.
