Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website or purchasing a puppy from California Purebred French Bulldogs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Puppy Purchase Terms

Reservation and Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy
• Deposits hold your selected puppy and are applied to the total purchase price
• If you cancel your reservation, the deposit is forfeited
• We reserve the right to refund your deposit and cancel the agreement if we determine the placement is not suitable

Payment

• Full payment is due before puppy pickup or delivery
• Accepted payment methods will be specified in your purchase agreement
• All sales are final once the puppy is delivered

Health Guarantee

All puppies come with a written health guarantee. Complete terms are provided in your individual purchase agreement. See our Health Guarantee page for more information.

Veterinary Examination

• You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup/delivery
• Failure to do so may void the health guarantee
• You must notify us immediately of any health concerns identified by your veterinarian

Spay/Neuter Agreement

Unless otherwise specified in your purchase agreement, puppies sold as pets must be spayed or neutered by the age specified in the agreement.

Delivery Terms

• Delivery options and costs will be discussed and agreed upon before purchase
• We use professional, licensed pet transport services
• You are responsible for pickup at the designated airport or location
• Weather or other circumstances may delay delivery; we are not liable for delays beyond our control

Returns and Refunds

• All sales are final
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Exceptions may be made only as specified in the health guarantee
• We reserve the right to take back any puppy if we determine it is not receiving proper care

Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing a puppy, you agree to:

• Provide proper nutrition, veterinary care, and a safe environment
• Never abuse, neglect, or abandon the puppy
• Contact us if you can no longer care for the dog (we require first right of refusal)
• Not sell or transfer the dog to a pet store, research facility, or puppy mill
• Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding pet ownership

Breeder Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse sale to anyone for any reason
• Require the return of any puppy not receiving proper care
• Visit and check on the welfare of any puppy we've placed
• Receive updates and photos of your puppy

Accuracy of Information

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of a puppy, except as required by law.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from puppy purchases or use of this website will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to California law.
